Miss you
Hey Matt, you've been on my mind and today I thought of you more. Seen your photo pop up onto my Facebook memories. You and Ross were in this photo with me. As your crazy usual self, you were behind me with that big beautiful smile of yours. :) Oh, how I really miss you. I miss your presence, your voice, your craziness, you showing me something you've painted, our morning chats over coffee, your dirty clothes in the bathtub (hehehe)... Yah, I really do miss you.
Lydia has been wanting to visit and come over. I would chat with Olivia but I'm not ready yet. I do see your little girls here at Junior School. I say and wave "Hi" to Lydia lot. She's happy and says, "Hi Gramma Dolly". I'm so happy she knows who I am and acknowledges me. I see Justine ALL the time. I walk by her classroom and whisper "Justine" and she comes running to me right away. She always gives me a hug. As promised, I will take care of your 3 children. That day when I found you in the bedroom, I laid beside your lifeless body, cried and told you - "I'm going to make a promise to you, I will take care of your babies". I will try my best, son.
I miss and love you so much,
Love, Mom

The Smashing Pumpkins - Ava Adore (Official Music Video)
The music video was released on June 1, 1998, and was directed by Dom and Nic, featuring the band in gothic-inspired clothing and walking through a variety of scenes. The video, filmed in one long take, is notable for its use of slow and fast motion while the speed of the camera is apparently static, and the band continues to lip sync to the song in perfect rhythm. The calculations required to work out the speed changes caused massive delays on set, causing the band to nearly call off the entire plan. The sets seen in the video were arranged in a configuration resembling a hallway, in which a rave sequence functioned as the end of the hall. Instead of continuing to the right, the camera rotates to the left, revealing the artifice of the visuals.
The music video won an award for "most stylish video" at the 1998 VH1 Fashion Awards.
